Family Ties

In this project I challenge the “Cereal Packet Family” and how my family as well as many other Angolan families are dissimilar to this sociological concept. The outcome: a series of illustrations showcasing a variety of interactions between my family members. My aim was to broaden the perspective of those who may find my culture foreign and to make space for families like mine who are structurally different and still functional.
